| hi there just found your pics by accident and was impressed with them and i would just like to add this comment your pic F97 JYS FLEET NUMBER FOR FIRST BUS 32175 i used to drive the same bus when it was stratchclyde buses and the fleet number of it then was AH15 so i just thought id let you know i have been trying to find the bus for yrs now and i have found it im in the process of trying to get a couple of models of it to make them up in the livery of both companies

| Hi Pat, Thanks for your comments. That bus is sadly now scrapped as are most of the Volvo city buses.
Are you the same Pat Quinn from Easterhouse by any chance? |

| This bus never came from Busways it was Stagecoach Glasgow 074. |

| It came from busaways to Stagecoach Glasgow (MagicBus) then went to Kelvin Central Buses when they bought MagicBus from Stagecoach and is now with First Glasgow (No1) at Scoutstoun Depot |

| The M-PRS batch of ps type B10M buses were bought for stagecoach glasgow brand new,however they never ran with stagecoach as this company at the time took a 20 per cent share in SB Holdings,therefore the buses ran in stagecoach livery with red Kelvin fronts whom by that time were part of the SB group.These buses were delivered to Larkfield bus works from new ,i actually managed to get a drive at one before going into service |

| The engine is not longitudinal, the chassis is the tri-axle version of the Volvo B7L and has a shower cubicle engine. |

| I take it none of you have used the McKindless buses between the Hamilton, wishaw, Motherwell and Shotts area? They are all very new, clean and good looking. McKindless is a wishaw company afterall not a Glasgow one ;) |

| hi there jst to give u a bit more info on this bus it is a t rgg b10mt auto gear box and when it was at hutchison it drove very very well the other one was xuf 456 i thnk but i know it wasxuf there was also a berkhoff axiel tht was t732 jgb and was re registered hco 514 the reg came from an optare excel which was used on the number 7 from new
